BE SINCERE!! How Old Were You When You Heard That The World Is Coming To An End?

There is no scientific evidence to suggest that the world will end in the near future.

However, some people believe that the world will end someday due to religious or cultural beliefs. For example, some religious BOOKS predict an apocalypse or a “end of days” scenario. Additionally, some people believe that the world will end due to societal or environmental collapse, or due to an event such as a large asteroid impact.

The concept of an apocalypse or “end times” can be found in the ancient myths and legends of many civilizations, as well as in modern religious texts such as the Bible and the Quran. These beliefs often involve a catastrophic event that brings about the destruction of the world as we know it.

These beliefs are not supported by scientific evidence! I personally don’t believe it.

For instance, Former Argentina and Carlos Roa goalkeeper cut short his career in his prime, convinced that the world was going to end at the very moment the new millennium started.

This is what really happened: Carlos Roa was in line to join Manchester United in the summer of 1999 only for the move to collapse following his sudden retirement. The Argentine was widely regarded as one of the world’s finest keepers at the end of the century and was a priority for Sir Alex Ferguson.

United were looking for a long term successor to replace Peter Schmeichel who departed the club following their treble success in 1999. Unfortunately, Roa informed the club he was retiring at just 30-year-old to follow his beliefs, which included a prediction the world would end in the year 2000. We are in 2023, the world is yet to end.
