Meet Omoha Nduka, 25-Years-Old Nigerian Real Estate Billionaire

Omoha Nduka John is an award winning Nigerian real estate entrepreneur, investor and philanthropist. He is the chairman of Prince luxury group and founder of Prince omoha foundation.

Omoha Nduka was born in the city of abakaliki on 3 September 1995, he hails from umuebe ezzamgbo in Ohaukwu local government area of Ebonyi state, Nigeria.

He did his primary and secondary school both in ebonyi and proceeded to ebonyi state university where he obtained a bachelors degree in political science.

Omoha’s persistence and strong desire for success had made him started a recharge card business while studying at the age of 14.

The turning point in his life was between 2010 to 2011 when he visited his elder brother in Lagos. After two time visits he decided to join his brother in his business where he made a substantial savings and ventured into mining business.

Everything moved into greater heights after he got his first million dollar contract with a Chinese company to supplied mineral stones.

Thereafter he traveled to Hong Kong for business and later returned back to Nigeria and established Prince Luxury Group in 2016 which has now become one of the fattest growing company in real estate sector, his company specialises in Morden residential Homes in Lagos, Abuja and other parts of the country.

Prince Omoha as famously called is a philanthropist who uses his platform “Prince Omoha foundation” to supports young entrepreneurs in Nigeria and Africa and as well the less privileges in Nigeria.

Omoha Nduka is rated as one of the young richest and most influential real estate entrepreneur in Nigeria with an estimated net worth between $4.3million to $5 million US dollars as of October 2020 according to Forbes and Bloomberg latest index’s

A woman was in labour along the road, she noticed a YORUBA man passing by and she cries for help, "biko, bia nyerem aka! Help!".

The man replied "ah! Omo Igbo ni sa! No! I can't help you because una no be good people! He hisses and passed by.

The woman sees an IGBO man passing by and she cried for help "biko, bia nyerem aka! Help!".

The Igbo man rushes to help, he asked "what is your husband phone number, so I can call and inform him on which hospital to meet us".

She stretches her phone and said: I saved
his number with HONEY Adewale"!

The Igbo man responded in shock "is your
husband a Yoruba man?"

She replies: "yes"

The man angrily said to her "so you carry the refinery wey God give the Igbos go give Yoruba people abi?
I no go fit help you again because as you dey so you be Yoruba person and I don't help them. Nonsense"!
He concluded and passes by.

The woman sees an HAUSA man passing by, she cried for help "biko, bia nyerem aka! Help!".

The hausa man replied "madam, your
people I no good at all! I no go fit help
you. When My brother go look for work for your brother company, him no give
am work, him say because my brother be
ABOKI, say ABOKI and your people no be one Nigeria. Chikena!"

He concluded and passes by.

The woman later died on the road side!

Do You Agree?? I Left Nigerian Army Better Than I Met It – General Buratai

 

The immediate past Chief of Army Staff retired Lt.-Gen. Tukur Buratai, says he left the Nigerian Army better than he met.

Buratai stated this in his valedictory speech during the Pulling Out Parade by the Nigerian Army on Friday in Abuja.

He said that the army under his watch had achieved a tremendous feat in the fight against insurgency and other security threats in the country.

He added that he ensured adequate training of personnel and enhancement of warfare capabilities of the army as well as prioritisation of personnel welfare.

“Today is a day of appreciation and not a stocktaking, but let me put on record that I left the Nigerian Army better than I met it.

“The Nigerian Army under my leadership was able to achieve a great feat in the fight against insurgency in the country.

“We have been experiencing pockets of threats here and there, but I can confidently say that no part of Nigeria is ceded to any terrorist group or criminals.

“The counter-insurgency operation is warfare new to Nigerian Army but over time, we have continued to devise means of tackling the ever-evolving dynamic nature of the threats in the country.

“The Nigerian Army has remained resolute in the discharge of its roles as enshrined in the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

“I urge you all to continue to rise to the occasion,” he said.

1114 New COVID-19 Cases, 1269 Discharged And 27 Deaths On January 29

 

On the 29th of January 2021, 1114 new confirmed cases and 27 deaths were recorded in Nigeria.

Till date, 128674 cases have been confirmed, 102780 cases have been discharged and 1577 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.

The 1114 new cases are reported from 22 states- Lagos (408), FCT (95), Plateau (90), Ondo (66), Kaduna (63), Oyo (56), Borno (46), Imo (42), Edo (41), Ogun (37), Rivers (31), Ekiti (25), Yobe (20), Kano (18), Akwa Ibom (18), Delta (15), Osun (15), Kwara (11), Bayelsa (6), Nasarawa (6), Zamfara (4) and Bauchi (1).

A multi-sectoral national emergency operations centre (EOC), activated at Level 3, continues to coordinate the national response activities.

I wasn’t disappointed to see how Zlatan will respond to the issue of blocking Dj Cuppy on Whatsapp and Instagram. Always childish!

I always have sympathy for Dj Cuppy because of how people mostly treat her especially when she cries out after being blocked by Zlatan

Ban Open Grazing In The South East Within 14 Days – Nnamdi Kanu Tells Governors

 

Leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has issued a 14-day ultimatum to South-East Governors to ban all forms of open grazing in the region in compliance with the 1969 statutory law of Nigeria.

Kanu gave the ultimatum while commending governors of the South West who recently announced a ban on open grazing in the state as part of measures to stop the incessant clash between Farmers and herdsmen.

Kanu in a statement released by IPOB’s Media and Publicity Secretary, Emma Powerful, warned the group’s security outfit would commence enforcement of the anti-grazing Law across the entire region if no action was taken at the expiration of the ultimatum.

“We wish to humbly and most submissively call upon all the governors of the East, to as a matter of urgency, ban all manner of open grazing in the region in compliance with the 1969 statutory law of #Nigeria that banned such provocative and primitive practice by Fulani herdsmen.

The bold step taken by Yoruba governors in banning open grazing in their region is commendable and as such MUST be reciprocated and consolidated by a similar pronouncement in the East.

If after 14 days there is no firm and decisive action by Eastern governors to ban open grazing in our land, #ESN will step into the breach to commence the enforcement of this 1969 Anti-Grazing Law across the entire region.

Don’t say you were not informed or given prior warning.”the statement read

Man United Striker Martial Has Been Blamed Harshly – Yorke

 

Anthony Martial has been “very harshly” treated during “a pretty difficult time”, says Dwight Yorke, with the Manchester United striker being backed to silence his critics if Ole Gunnar Solskjaer keeps faith.

The France international forward was handed the No.9 shirt and a central striking berth at Old Trafford in the wake of Romelu Lukaku’s departure during the summer of 2019.

Questions were immediately asked of whether a man who had been filling a wide role for club and country was a suitable option to lead the line for an ambitious Premier League heavyweight.

Martial hit a career-best 23 goals in the 2019-20 campaign, but he did not convince everybody and has just five efforts to his name this season through 25 appearances.

Yorke believes the 25-year-old is being unfairly singled out, with the 1999 Treble winner telling United’s official website: “He’s had a pretty difficult time, at times, hasn’t he and I think he’s been singled out, in my opinion, very harshly.

“I think he’s a fantastic player for what he brings to the team but has probably, in my opinion, been singled out far too often. He’s done a fantastic job and is still only a young guy.

“Coming into our league in England is very difficult for any guy and he’s still at that, I call it, the football education stage. He’s still 25 and has a couple of years before he really blossoms into the footballer he should become.

“He’s still at that learning curve but, yeah, I feel winning takes care of everything. It’s an old cliche but, when you’re scoring goals as a striker, that will always take care of everything.

“At the moment, he’s not doing that and people always point the finger at an individual or a few individuals, singling him out at the moment. So, for me, it’s been harshly done but, at the end of the day, being a Manchester United player, you are always going to have people trying to do that.

“You’re under that scrutiny, so to speak, so you have to rise above it and show what you’re capable of doing. I’m sure he can produce the football we’ve seen in the past and get back to that and it will take care of everything else.”

TOO BAD! 3 Confirmed Dead In Fatal Accident Along Port Harcourt-Ebonyi Road (See Photos)

 

Three persons have been confirmed dead in a fatal accident that occurred along the Port Harcourt- Ebonyi expressway.

The travelers were commuting in a commercial bus with plate number Enugu UWN 109 ZT from Port Harcourt to Abakaliki, the Ebonyi state capital when they had the accident.

Three persons, two male, and a female died in the accident. Other passengers sustained varying degrees of injury while one survived unscathed.

Davido’s personal logistic manger, Isreal DMW, has revealed what happened between Nigerian singer Zlatan and DJ Cuppy.

Yesterday, singer Zlatan shocked Nigerians after he said he doesn’t know who DJ Cuppy was, when asked why he blocked her on Whatsapp.

Zlatan’s response caused lots of controversy as Nigerians on social media dragged him for being rude and condescending to DJ Cuppy.

However, Isreal has revealed what happened between Cuppy and Zlatan. He praised Zlatan for taking the bold step by “flushing out a full fake friend like Cuppy”.

He alleged that after the music collaboration between them, the DJ failed to give Zlatan money.

He also revealed that Cuppy took the singer to Abuja for her fund raising where she made billions of Naira but refused to give Zlatan money.

Isreal also said that the accommodations and feeding expenses during Zlatan’s stay in Abuja was also paid by the singer including the expenses of his team.

Sometimes producing a potential hit song is not the problem but the song getting a good PR is the most important factor for every song.

Some songs do grow organically without much PR, most times because of the love for the artiste but not all the time.

Even Kizz Daniel with no bad song dropped Pah Poh, the song was a potential hit but ended up not getting any attention because of bad PR.

So many artiste’s song falls under this factor, the delivery is excellent but nothing to show for it at last.

DO YOU AGREE OR NOT? “Take Any Job To Pay Your Bills Until You Find Your Dream Job

 

Someone made a post on this two days ago. He said, “Take any job to pay your bills until you find your dream job. Pride doesn’t pay bills”.

Sounds great but I disagree. Mind you, pride in this context, pays. Going for your dream job is called determination not pride.

I have a friend I wouldn’t wanna mention his name, but I’m sure he’s reading this. This guy has been working for 20K salary for over a year and nothing to show for it. Earlier this month, he decided quit the job and guess what? Something great is about to happen. I’m not gonna say what it is, because of social media monitoring spirits.

According to a Facebook friend MikkyFirst, it is better to wait and search for your dream job. Because Nigeria is a place where once you get entangled with particular job, you hardly have time to look for your dream job.

Don’t get me wrong. I never said anyone should be completely jobless while waiting for his or her dream job. Hunger go kill you o. Get something doing, but taking any job that comes your way is really not advisable on the long run.

Except the salary is good, make a move!

Okay for instance, the song “REASON WITH ME” by Rudeboy. The video tells the story of losing love due to a poor financial state. In “Reason With Me” video, Rudeboy is a carpenter who was ditched by a girl that didn’t believe in his dreams. As fate would have it, things turned around and she ended up regreting she left him.

Rudeboy took the carpentery job to pay to his bills, yet couldn’t until he quitted, pursued his dream job and became rich within a short period of time.

Note: I’m not ignorant of the situation of the country or tryna sound insensitive. I know how hard life is for us here. We are together in this. So many dreams, talented young people, but no sponsors.

I know how many people I’ve once begged to assist me with cash to finance my media project. I know how many I’ve once begged to assist me with a house rent and money for food. I don’t wanna talk about it now tho. Smiles 

So you see, we are together in this.

You get the point now. Some jobs are not worth it at all. May God help us all.
