Can Naira Marley ever get creative with music videos as much as the likes of Timaya and Olamide? I doubt!

The kind of music you make as an artiste reflects your mood at the time you’re writing or recording the song.

Naira Marley’s song “Coming” is a sex-laden song and every line of the song is relatable to all adults.

Anyone who is matured enough will find the song very interesting, so one would have expected a music video that will contain so much sex appeal while interpreting the content of the song.

The Video Didn’t Beat Expectations

The truth is, Not all songs need a video, “Coming” is so big a song that its music video should ordinarily beat people’s expectations and imagination. The video didn’t blow minds at all.

Sex Appeal not enough after so much hype. Busiswa wey be hottie sef, no try. Who messed up? ArtistesDirector, or what exactly?

Coming” visuals was overrated. Infact, ‘Na Bullshenge’ if you ask me. #iampopsonjef #yellowoflagos

Timaya Would Have Done A Better Video

The only part that seems creative was the part where the human head showed in a private part area and it’s even disgusting.

A good visual storyline and a couple of sexy dance moves would have killed the video.

A Timaya would have delivered well with better visuals giving of some “Ukwu” for “Ukwu” vibes, not some “Coming” with ordinary vibes.

Naira Marley should learn from Olamide and Timaya or probably get a more creative video director to work on any of his projects that require some special kind of creativity.

No wonder “Coming Video” is still crawling at 700k views on YouTube after 3days of release. Naira Marley should do better abeg!!

Should We Blame The Lack Of Creativity On Censor’s Board?

The lack of creativity on the “Coming” video could be attributed to the need to avoid sanctions from Nigerian Censor’s Board.

But then, Censorship shouldn’t be an excuse for not being creative.

With Censorship in mind, the video can still be better than that with a good storyline and more number of sexually appealing girls.

Tiwa Savage Would Have Done Better Than Busiswa In The Video

South African act, Busiswa didn’t exhibit enough sexiness as required in the music video.

Her dressing in the video isn’t all that sexy, to be honest but I think the video director should have engaged her more on the video.

Tiwa Savage single-handedly made Wizkid’s “Fever” video a hit with her sexy moves, sexy dress and others in the video.

This is showbiz and it’s a business, Naira Marley and Busiswa should have done something a bit spectacular in the music video.

Considering the pre-release hype of the “Coming” music video, Naira Marley promised fans that the video is going to be more p0rnograhic but what we got is disappointing. Nothing really special!!!
