We can’t talk about versatility in Nigeria’s music industry without having to mention the name “Davolee” – The man who came from the trenches and made a name for himself.

It is safe to say Davolee’s core strength is in his ability to experiment with different sounds and still come up with excellent content.

He started off as Rapper, his official music debut “Festival Bar” under the YBNL Imprint was a monster hit cementing his claims to be the next kid on the block immediately after his boss at the time, Olamide.

Meanwhile, Music lovers seem to be tired of everyday punchline, the street wants to dance and groove. Of course, Davolee was on his toes to take on the challenge and apparently, he was successful with it.

With tracks like Way, Happiness, and his recent grooving jam “Love” – Davolee’s afro-dance music skills have gone beyond the ordinary.

Davolee’s new song “Love” inspired this content and while listening to it, I feel Davolee should just leave rapping for Kabex and the rest and he should focus more on giving us boppy tunes like this.
