By 2023, Buhari, a Northerner, will be rounding-up his 8-year tenure in office, while PDP have not indicate if they will respect the unwritten zoning arrangement rule by zoning the party’s ticket to the South, the Southern political members of the party may just mount pressure on them to zone the Presidency ticket to the South.

If that could be achieved, then Wike may be up there as a strong contender in 2023.
