Something is seriously trending on twitter and you know we have intelligent football fans here, so lets chat about it 

Barcelona fans are saying former star Suarez is 3x better than Bayern striker Lewandowski 

Could it be Barcelona fans are still angry about the 8 – 2 thrashing by Bayern last season??? 

But Jokes aside, if we want to compare by stats, both have a very excellent CV 

Suarez has 491 goals for club & country, racking 19 trophies in his career, which include six league titles, a UEFA Champions League title at club level, and a Copa América with Uruguay. On individual level, the Uruguayan has two European Golden Shoes, an Eredivisie Golden Boot, a Premier League Golden Boot.

What about Lewandowski 

He is also a Star Boy 

Lewa has 500 senior career goals for club and country. The Poland striker has eight Bundesliga titles, three DFB Cup winners’ medals and another four Torjägerkanone gongs on his list. He has also won the Champions League like his rival and this year he won the UEFA Men’s Player of the Year Award.

OUR OPINION

While both players have achieved a lot in their glazing career, it is easy to see why many people are going with Suarez.

The Uruguayan has played in a difficult league like the Premier League, bagging 69 goals in 110 appearances with Liverpool. During his time in England he also won the league cup. The next chapter of his career was in Barcelona where you can also tag as a success story even with competition from the great Messi. We can only expect great things from him in his new team Atletico Madrid.

In contrast to Lewandowski who is yet to step away from his comfort zone in Germany. Of course he has performed in the Champions League but Suarez has done more career wise.

So Our clear Winner is Suarez
