Big brother naija season 5 winner Laycon is a talented rapper with a lot of single hit songs to his name. Currently not signed under any record label and there is rumor out there that top music labels are after his signature.

YBNL
DMW
Mavins
Star Boy records.

DMW

At DMW, being a member of the 30bg has its benefits but I don’t think Davido really need rappers. Even Dremo don dey drag chorus with Mayorkun presently. The only thing Laycon can do to survive/stay relevant under DMW, is to become a song writer like Peruzzi and be writing songs for Davido.

Starboy Records 

Starboy? Just forget about it. It’s a no go area. How many artist has Wizkid really helped blow? NONE! He go kukuma kill Laycon music career kpatakpata.

Mavin Records 

Mavin? No way! Mavin is not a record label for rap Artistes. Laycon will not do well there.

YBNL 

YBNL remains the only label he can thrive under. There is this liberty you get at YBNL. If you are good and know what you’re doing, you will do well.

Olamide has helped a lot of superstars in this life. Adekunle Gold, Fireboy, Lil kesh even small boy Lyta. No cap, Olamide is a star maker. Besides he’s a rapper as well, so I think Laycon will do well under YBNL.

Though Laycon might decide to work solo with the hype he is currently receiving at the moment but before next year his story no go different from that of Efe former BBN winner.
