Here we go again with another debate: Who makes more money, the richest and biggest  between Nollywood and Nigerian music industry.

Someone argued that the Nigerian music industry is the most lucrative, biggest and the richest. In the music sector, we have Olamide, Wizkid, Davido, Burnaboy, Phyno, Tiwa Savage and many others and majority of them are millionaires in dollars.

Another insisted that the movie industry (Nollywood) is apparently the most profitable, the largest and the richest. In Nollywood we have the likes of Jim Iyke, Ramsey Noah, RMD, Genevieve and the rest. Most of them are millionaires in dollars too.

Personally, I don’t really fancy neither of the two. I don’t listen to Nigerian music that much, likewise the movies, therefore, I have little  knowledge of which is the richest, biggest and more profitable.
