 Is Bitcoin a good investment for 2021?

In  recent interview, Anthony Pompliano, partner and founder of cryptocurrency-focused asset management firm Morgan Creek Digital Assets, spoke about Bitcoin (BTC) in general and Bitcoin price predictions in particular.

Pompliano’s comments came during an interview with Daniela Cambone, which was published on January 22. Cambone started the interview by asking Pompliano how Bitcoin can deal with the crazy price fluctuations of recent times. Pompliano said he is not interested in bitcoin’s short-term price action:

“I’m just not paying attention to that. Not important. Daily price fluctuations do not matter. It is very important if you are a trader, but if you are a holding, you hold it for decades then it doesn’t really matter. “

Towards the end of the interview, when asked to provide a price prediction for Bitcoin, Pompliano replied:

“As I got older, my fascination with predicting things gradually diminished, but I wrote an article in 2019 saying I believe Bitcoin will increase from its then $ 10,000 level to $ 100,000 by the end of 2021. And I still believe it. This has not changed my mind. Somehow, I’m the most conservative guy in the room now. ”

Is $ 1 Million Bitcoin Possible?

The popular name also stated that he definitely thought that at some point in his life he would see a $ 1 million Bitcoin price. Pomp said:

“You just need to be able to absorb tons and tons of playfulness, but if you’re a long-term buff, you’ll do some research and be comfortable with it.”
